MULTI COMFORT design principles can be applied to any type of building (residential or non-residential, new build or renovation project) in any country or climate around the world.
In 2013, Saint-Gobain built the first MULTI COMFORT house in Belarus.
This four-person family house is situated on a 10.5 hectare plot, 30 miles from the capital of Belarus, Minsk.
The build combined MULTI COMFORT design with Passive House and Active House principles to achieve the highest standards of energy efficiency and indoor comfort.
