MULTI COMFORT design principles can be applied to any type of building (residential or non-residential, new build or renovation project) in any country or climate around the world.
Plus House is an ultra-innovative contemporary home, designed to showcase MULTI COMFORT principles and building performance.
In September 2014, we completed Norway’s first MULTI COMFORT residential project, in Larvik in the south-east region of the country.
The striking modern design of the Plus House is very eye-catching in its location alongside Saint-Gobain brand Brødrene Dahl’s Competence Centre for renewable energy and ventilation. The house is used as a showcase for the products presented in the centre.
Highlights and challenges
The main challenge of this particular project was to create an agreeable, optimally comfortable and bright living space for a showhouse family home in a location that is affected by the severe Norwegian climate.
